How do I return a product?
Standard return policy
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Things Mobile SIM cards within 14 calendar days of delivery. This option is in addition to the consumer’s rights to return defective products.
If you wish to cancel your order, or simply return your Things Mobile SIM cards, please log in to the Reserved Area or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund procedure will start as soon as we receive the item. The method of processing the refund depends on the type of payment originally used.
If you have used a credit or debit card, the bank issuing the card will receive the refund within five working days of the date of receipt of the returned items or the request for cancellation. To find out when the amount will be credited to your account, please contact the bank that has issued your card.
How long does it take to process the refund?
After the products arrive at the Things Mobile warehouse, we will start processing the refund. It takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
What happens if I receive a defective SIM card?
If you are having trouble with your Things Mobile SIM card, immediately contact our customer service by writing to email@example.com or calling 800 19 40 16 to notify that the product is defective.
