All of our users must complete our ID document checking process. It allows us to ensure that Things Mobile provides a secure service for everyone, in accordance with current regulations.
You can choose between two different options for the ID document checking process.
Upload documents
Upload your ID document and a photograph of you holding your ID document near your face.
Time required: up to 1 working day
Difficulty of procedure: low
Guided procedure
To follow the guided procedure, you will need a computer with a camera or a smartphone, so that you can take photographs of your ID document and your face.
